5. Order processing
5.1 All orders placed through websites: iceman.co.uk, iceman.ie, iceman.sk, shop.iceman.co.uk, stationeryshop.london, erbert.co.uk, orders by phone, e-mail or placed personally are subject to the terms and conditions of Stationery Shop London Ltd. and/or ICEMAN™ Europe Limited.
5.2 We accept online and e-mail orders for delivery to UK, NI, RoI, D, F, SK, A and most European Union addresses. For all other destinations please call us on +44 7990 707 428.
5.3 There is an order processing fee for all orders placed online.
6. Delivery and Collection
6.1 In the checkout process you can specify your preferred delivery method and your delivery address or Collection point.
6.2 The delivery options and the cost of these are determined by the amount and specification of the order.
6.3 As an indication the following delivery times can be expected although we cannot guarantee these timescales as items can get delayed in transit.
6.4 6hrs Express Collection is available for most of the products and orders. It´s subject to change.
6.5 If any of the ordered and paid goods are not collected within 7 calender days from ordering we got a full right to dispose or pass the goods to third parties (like nurseries, charities, ...) or charge a storage fee counted on daily basis up to £50+vat per day. No refund on disposed goods/items will be given.
6.6 Any items requested to be stored by us has to be arranged within 5 days from ordering.
We like to keep you informed. When you order you will receive an order confirmation which you should keep for your records. When your order is picked and despatched you will receive an delivery note email or Text (SMS) message which will contain the order information.
8.1 All shown prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) included VAT 20% where applicable.
8.2 Prices in online shop may vary to over counter sale.
9.1 You can cancel you order free of charge any time before is being processed or dispatched.
9.2 As our products and services are mainly custom made to your specifications there is a cancellation fee up to 100 per cent of order total value for processed or dispatched orders.
9.3 Delivery charges for non-dispatched orders may be refunded or set as a discount coupon for your next order.
9.4 Payment charges/fees, Order processing fees or account fees are non-refundable.
9.5 Design services or creating any artworks are non-refundable items
10. Returns and Refunds
If it is necessary to return goods to us we try to make this as straight forward as possible.
10.1 Our Mistake: Occasionally we can make an error in your order. If this is the case we will send out the correct item out to you with no additional carriage charge. We will also arrange for collection of the incorrect item.
10.2 Damaged Goods: We check all items and their quality before they are despatched to ensure they are in perfect condition. If damage happens in transit please call us on 07990 707 428 within 24 hours of the delivery. Please have your invoice/order reference number to hand and let us know which items are damaged. We will replace the damaged items free of charge and arrange for the damaged items to be collected and returned to us.
10.3 Your Mistake / Changed Your Mind: If you wish to return products that have no fault with them then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 100%. For graphic design is fee 100%. This is due to custom made modification of your products and services and the administration costs that are incurred in processing the order. You are responsible for returning the items to us in perfect condition at your expense. Please ensure you pack the items properly as if any item is damaged it will not be accepted for return. Payment charges are non-refundable. Carriage charges cannot be refunded once the order has been despatched from ICEMAN™ or trading partners.
10.4 No refund on disposed goods and items.
11. In Stock service
We keep good stocks of all ranges but occasionally products may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will inform you when the product will be back in stock. If your order is partly dispatched the packing sheet will show the expected delivery time of the missing item(s).
12. Picking Errors
If your order is missing any items please contact us immediately, the latest within 24 hours of delivery. When calling us please have to hand the invoice/order reference number. Also please advise us if there was any damage to the parcel packaging. Where applicable we will replace any missing items. If we are not notified within 24 hours of a picking error we cannot replace missing items.
13.1 Payment can be made by Bank transfer or Cash (must be cleared before order processed and despatched), PayPal or Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) Payment processing fee may apply for each transaction mentioned above. Please do not send cash in the post. Cash is only accepted for over the counter sales. We do offer credit accounts for an extra fee and with additional contract term and conditions.
13.2 Standard payment can be made in British Pounds Sterling (£) only. By prior arrangement we will accept bank transfer in Euros (€) to our Euro bank account in Euros (€) (fee apply). Please call us on +44 7990 707 428 for further details.
14. Ownership of Goods and Services
14.1 All goods remain the property of Stationery Shop London Ltd. and/or ICEMAN™ Europe Ltd. until full payment has been made in full.
14.2 Any design creation service or any artworks created or made by ICEMAN remain the property of ICEMAN™ Europe Ltd. until original purchased price is paid in full. Purchased price will be based on time spent with creation and is the purpose of the artwork/design and so on. If partial or discounted price has been paid for creating artwork then artwork still remain the property of difference between purchase price and paid amount ICEMAN™ Europe Ltd. until original purchased price is paid in full.
14.2.1 ICEMAN™ Europe Ltd. has the right to refuse a customer´s request for giving/sending the artwork to him/her if not full purchase price has been paid for.
15. Free Promo Gifts
15.1 Throughout the year we have free gift offers. To qualify the customer must meet the specified minimum spend for the order which is excl. VAT or has to meet other criteria.
15.2 All free gifts are subject to stock and are limited to one per customer regardless of number of times orders are placed in the offer period. We reserve the right to substitute the specified item for an alternative that is equal or greater in cost than the originally advertised product.
15.3 Free gifts are despatched with orders.
15.4 There is no cash alternative to free gift offers.
16. Reward System
16.1 By registering and shopping at shop.iceman.co.uk you are eligible to earn ICEMAN™ Reward Points (IRP).
16.2 Points can be earned and spent in the shop at shop.iceman.co.uk for ICEMAN™ product and services and some gifts promotions. Points can be also earned by referring of our services, writing reviews or by extra offers.
16.3 IRP do not expire. IRP is also possible to exchange for shop products or for vouchers valid in Tesco, M&S, iTunes, Argos or B&Q. Price in points for each voucher is shown in the shop (if any active).
16.4 One IRP has value of 20p excl. VAT. (Subject to change)
17. Comments, Reviews and Testimonials
17.1 We welcome any comments from existing, new or potential customers. If we have done a good job or you feel we could have done better please do let us know. 17.2 By sending reviews and testimonials and images of products and services we delivered to you and any further content regarding to your order(s) to us you aggre that their content can be used, shared and promoted for our further marketing promotions and research purposes in any type of presenting or social medias (like Facebook, Twitter, Freeindex, ...) and can go viral.
17.3 With sending your reviews, testimonials, images or any content regarding to your order(s) you agree that you are giving us the legal rights to these information and by action sending them to us they automatically become possession of Stationery Shop London Ltd. and/or ICEMAN Europe Ltd.
17.4 Reviews, testimonials, images or any content regarding to your order(s) can be sent to us by email, post, filled online on our websites or any kind of online directory or social media connected to us and our activities.
17.5 Time to time we can offer for these reviews and information some gifts, bonuses or extra reward points. For your first review about our products or service you can gain up to 50 reward points. Every further review after first might not be rewarded if it was made in same channel. Rewarding is subject to change.
18. Artwork and Graphic design service
18.1 We do not take any responsibility for content of files received from you for jobs.
18.2 We do not provide automatic spelling checks, resolution or colour correction checks or any other extra checks on files.
18.3 You are fully responsible for content and quality of your files.
18.4 In case we created artwork for you, after your aproval and confirmation by you we do not take any responsibility for any mistakes or faults in design after it is printed/produced.
18.5 We do not guarantee colour match base on screen or spoken word.
